We Do Not Refund. We Can Only Replace Items, If Returned Within 2 Days Of Delivery Based On Certain Below Conditions.

RETURN/ EXCHANGE POLICY

We have a 48 hours return policy, which means you have 02 days after receiving your item to request a return.

  1. ALL ITEMS BOUGHT FROM THE CLEARANCE SALE SECTION ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN/ EXCHANGE
  2. Your item must be unused & in the same condition in which you received it.
  3. It should be in its original packaging accompanied by a price tag and a proof of purchase.
  4. The return should be initiated by the customer within 48 hours of receiving the order.
  5. Any returned item received by us that do not meet the above mentioned conditions, will not be accepted and will be returned back to you at your expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.
  6. If you purchase from a 3rd party website other than Quirky Tales, the inquiry must be made directly though that retailer.

 Returns/Exchanges
Since our products are handmade, we do not accept any returns, exchanges or refunds for any product purchased on or outside of quirkytales.in
Kindly refer to all the details and product pictures mentioned before placing an order. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be intimated for the same. We do not refund the amount, instead you have an option to exchange the product for same value or request for a credit note which would be valid for one year from the time of exchange approved.

Defective / Damaged Merchandise

Whilst we strive to ensure that all our products are carefully handcrafted and quality checked, a manufacturing defect may pass unnoticed in a rare case. In such a case, please WhatsApp us an image/video of the defective piece and description of the defect within 48 hours of receiving your order and we would be happy to replace the product. This is also applicable for instances where the piece has got damaged in transit or you receive an incorrect order. To avoid any damage in transit, we have specially designed our packaging to ensure there is no damage caused.

Please Note: Minor variations from piece to piece are the prized characteristics of making every piece by hand. This is a natural feature, and will not be considered as a defect. Since the resolution and color composition of each computer monitor varies, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of the colors of products displayed on our website.

All returns/exchanges if any, will be at the discretion of quirkytales.in


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like customized products (such as special orders or personalized items), and products on sale or gift cards. In case of a return, please send us an email on studioquirkytales@gmail.com.

Once we receive the email we shall send an exchange form that needs to be filled in by the customer.

Once the form has been filled the customer will have to courier the product back to us.

The minimum cost for reverse exchange, wherein you have chosen for us to collect it, comes at a cost of Rs.200/- which is borne by the customer.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at studioquirkytales@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
